Coping with Covid

Coping with this novel viral pandemic has several aspects - medical (both prevention and treatment), psychosocial (can I still meet with friends and family?), and spiritual (how can I face the despair of the unknown in the face of the pandemic?)

Each week participants will have the opportunity to hear medical updates on emerging information on the disease from three experienced physicians.

They will be invited to look into their own hopes, fears, and reactions to the pandemic, and they will be able to participate in explorations and contemplations that may provide guidance into their inquiries on how to care for themselves and their loved ones.
