Are you wondering how to integrate and ‘balance’ work and the

If these questions call you, please join us weekly for one hour to explore and find true joy and accomplishment in work. We will start with daily meditation and the intention to bring more focus and concentration into our lives. We will explore the important connection and role of joy in stabilizing the mind. We will be working from Mastering Successful Work and Skillful Means: Patterns for Success. These books can be purchased online through our in-house Lotus Bookstore or at Dharma Publishing.
Included in this program is an in-person weekend retreat at Dharma College in Berkeley, CA where we will focus on self-care bringing joy back into our lives. This can also be done virtually with materials that are selected from Mastering Successful Work and Skillful Means: Patterns for Success. There will be time to work with individually with Wangmo Dixey in creating a pathway in using work as a step towards full transformation.
