There is an art of letting go. Work with our direct experience to move through pain and challenging circumstances. These are perfect opportunities for us to practice letting go.

We will be reading from Openness Mind and Gesture of Balance. This class is open to anyone interested in cultivating a spiritual path and connecting with a virtual community of spiritual friends.

We will be skipping Monday, October 25th due to travel reasons and returning for the last class in November.
